For boutique brokerages in Dubai · 10–50 agents
Stop retyping Ejari contracts.
Your admin gets a WhatsApp folder of Emirates IDs, passports, visas and title deeds. Reading them and typing them into the DLD portal takes 15–20 minutes per lease — and one typo in a 15-digit Emirates ID or a 10-digit Makani number means immediate rejection.
EjariFlow extracts and checks the data before it reaches the portal, so the portal accepts it.
EjariFlow is not affiliated with Dubai Land Department. Portal autofill is in pilot — see what that means.
What actually goes wrong today
15–20 minutes per lease
Manually reading Arabic and English fields off photos, then retyping them field by field.
One digit = rejected
A single wrong character in an Emirates ID or Makani number bounces the whole submission at the portal.
Missing documents, found late
You discover the visa was never sent when the portal rejects you — after the tenant has signed.
How it works
- Drop in the bundle. Images, scans, PDFs — dragged straight from the folder the agent sent you. Up to 25 files.
- Extraction and validation. Images are deskewed and cleaned, text is read in English and Arabic, an LLM structures it into a fixed schema, and code — not a model — then checks the formats.
- Review the flags. Green means validated. Red means the portal would reject it, or a required document is missing. Correct anything wrong, then approve.
- Autofill. The Chrome extension pulls the approved payload and fills the Ejari form — including dispatching the events the portal's framework needs to actually register the values.
You are handling passports. We treat them that way.
Deleted within 24 hours
Documents are held in temporary storage and destroyed automatically: the storage bucket expires them after one day, a sweeper deletes them, and reads stop working the moment the clock runs out — three independent mechanisms, not a promise in a policy document.
Nothing reaches the form unreviewed
The extension can only fetch a payload a human has approved. There is no path to autofill an unreviewed bundle, even with a valid API key.
No account for attackers to steal
Access is by API key, stored only as a hash. The browser never holds a session cookie, and approved data is never cached in the browser.
Delete-on-demand is available too, and every account has an audit log of who approved what and when.

In pilot
- Autofill against the live DLD portal. The extension is built and works against a faithful replica of the portal form. Every live portal has its own field names, and we do not claim to have validated ours against the government portal yet. During onboarding we map it with you, on your own leases, before you rely on it.
- Arabic document accuracy is measured on our test corpus; your documents will be the first real measurement. We will share the numbers with you.
- Team invites and seat management are in the API and being added to the interface.
Request early access
Tell us your brokerage name and roughly how many leases you register a month. Onboarding is done with you — including mapping the portal fields — and the first month is free while we prove the autofill on your own contracts.
